It's no surprise that at Brigadeiro Bakery we love sweets! We spend our days surrounded by the most delectable chocolates, cakes and pastries. But when the conversation jumps to the savory side of the table, of course we have cravings too, very specific ones indeed.

One of our favorite salty bites, are called Coxinha. For those who have never heard of them, they are simply chicken salad in drumstick shape, battered in a potato-based dough and fried. Needless to say, they are delicious.

Just like brigadeiros they’re bite size and made to fit any celebration, it’s a win-win!
